Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide readings and run the service:

• Birth details you enter — date, time, and place of birth — used to compute your charts. You can use the core features without creating an account.
• Account information — if you sign in, we receive your name and email address through our authentication provider (Google Firebase) to create and secure your account and saved charts.
• Purchase & billing information — when you subscribe, our payment provider Paddle collects the billing and contact details and payment-method information needed to process your payment and taxes. We do not receive or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of your subscription status.
• Photos — if you use features that analyze images (such as palm or face reading in our mobile app), the photos you submit are processed to generate that analysis.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate region, collected automatically to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and advertising” below.

• To compute and display your astrological and numerological readings.
• To create, secure, and manage your account and saved charts (if you sign in).
• To process subscriptions, payments, and refunds, and to manage your access to paid features.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To display advertising that helps keep free features free (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

To generate certain readings and interpretations, the inputs you provide (such as your birth details and any questions) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them to return a result. This data is processed under Anthropic’s terms and is not used to train its models by default. AI output is provided for insight and reflection only and may be inaccurate.

Web payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and processes your payment, billing details, and applicable taxes under its own Privacy Notice. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across web and mobile; RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous account identifier and your purchase/entitlement state so we can unlock the right features.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to measure usage. We also display ads through Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. For other vendors, see aboutads.info.
• Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland), we present a consent choice before non-essential cookies and personalized ads are used.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run AstroMasters, each processing data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — authentication and account storage.
• Paddle — payments and Merchant of Record for subscriptions.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
• Anthropic — AI processing for readings.
• Google AdSense — advertising.
• Google Cloud and MongoDB — hosting, chart computation, and storage of accounts and saved charts.

We and our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

Birth details you compute without an account are processed to generate your reading and are not tied to an identity. If you create an account and save charts, that information is retained until you delete the chart or your account. Billing records are retained by Paddle as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including under the GDPR and CCPA). To make a request, contact us using the email below. You can delete saved charts at any time from your dashboard.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AstroMasters is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
