Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide readings and run the service:

• Birth details you enter — date, time, and place of birth — used to compute your charts. You can use the core features without creating an account.
• Account information — if you sign in, we receive your name and email address through our authentication provider (Google Firebase) to create and secure your account and saved charts.
• Purchase information — when you subscribe in our app, Apple or Google collects your billing and payment details to process the payment. We do not receive or store your card details; we receive the store’s purchase confirmation so we can record your subscription status.
• Photos — if you use features that analyze images (such as palm or face reading in our mobile app), the photos you submit are processed to generate that analysis.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate region, collected automatically to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and advertising” below.

• To compute and display your astrological and numerological readings.
• To create, secure, and manage your account and saved charts (if you sign in).
• For mobile app purchases, to process subscriptions, payments, and refunds, and manage paid mobile features.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To display advertising that helps keep free features free (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

The website does not offer AI generation or send your chart inputs to an AI provider. For optional AI features in the mobile app, the inputs you provide (such as your birth details and any questions) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them to return a result. This data is processed under Anthropic’s terms and is not used to train its models by default. AI output is provided for insight and reflection only and may be inaccurate.

Our website does not take payments. AstroMaster Pro is purchased inside our mobile apps, and those payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms — we never see your card details. We verify each purchase with the store and record your subscription status on our own servers, linked to your account, to enable the features you paid for in the mobile app. The website contains only free tools; account status may be checked to honor existing ad-free access.

Earlier versions of our Android app used RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which received a pseudonymous account identifier and your purchase state. Current versions of our apps and website no longer use RevenueCat.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to measure usage. We also display ads through Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. For other vendors, see aboutads.info.
• Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland), we present a consent choice before non-essential cookies and personalized ads are used.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run AstroMaster, each processing data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — authentication and account storage.
• Apple and Google — payments for purchases made inside our mobile apps.
• RevenueCat — subscription management for earlier versions of our Android app only.
• Anthropic — AI processing for optional mobile app readings.
• Google AdSense — advertising.
• Google Cloud and MongoDB — hosting, chart computation, and storage of accounts and saved charts.

We and our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

Birth details you compute without an account are processed to generate your reading and are not tied to an identity. If you create an account and save charts, that information is retained until you delete the chart or your account. Billing records are retained by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including under the GDPR and CCPA). To make a request, contact us using the email below. You can delete saved charts at any time from your dashboard.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AstroMaster is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
