Terms of Service

AstroMasters provides astrological charts and readings (across systems including Parashari, KP, Lal Kitab, Jaimini, BNN, and Western astrology), numerology, daily horoscopes, compatibility analysis, panchang, and related tools, computed from astronomical data you provide.

AstroMasters is offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions — about your health, finances, relationships, or otherwise — solely on the basis of a reading. For such matters, consult a qualified professional.

Some readings and interpretations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and is provided on the same “for insight and reflection only” basis described above. You are responsible for how you use it.

You can use core features without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s content or computations without permission.
• Interfere with advertising or attempt to generate invalid ad activity.

The Service, including its design, text, and original interpretive content, is owned by AstroMasters and protected by intellectual-property laws. The charts and readings generated for your own birth data are yours to use for personal purposes.

Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). The plans, prices, and what each includes are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay.

• Merchant of Record. Our order process and payments for web purchases are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (and its affiliates), which is the Merchant of Recordand seller of record for those purchases. Paddle handles the payment, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until cancellation.
• Cancellation.You can cancel at any time from the “Manage subscription” link in your account settings (which opens the secure portal operated by Paddle). Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes. Prices may change over time. Any change applies to renewals after the change takes effect, and we will give notice where required by law.
• How charges appear.Charges typically appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET* ASTROMASTER” or similar.

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases, and you can cancel renewals at any time. Refunds are issued through Paddle as Merchant of Record.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we compute charts using established astronomical methods, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroMasters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
