Refund Policy

AstroMaster Pro is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to paid features. Because access is granted right away, all payments are non-refundable — this includes the initial purchase and every automatic renewal — except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at the discretion of the app store you bought through, as described below.

We offer a free tier so you can try AstroMaster before you buy. We encourage you to use it to decide whether Pro is right for you before subscribing.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal is a new, non-refundable charge.

You can cancel at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — wherever you subscribed. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.

Because you pay the Apple App Store or Google Play directly, refunds are decided by that store under its own policy and must be requested from it. We are not able to issue those refunds ourselves. Either store may grant a refund at its discretion, independently of this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law. For example, consumers in the EU and UK may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Note that by starting to use the digital content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that supply begins before that period ends, which can end that withdrawal right.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law, or would like to ask the store to exercise its discretion:

• Google Play:open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, choose the AstroMaster order and request a refund, or use Google’s refund request form.
• Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method by the store. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
