This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AstroMasters Pro subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Web payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record; purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those stores.
AstroMasters Pro is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to paid features. Because access is granted right away, all payments are non-refundable — this includes the initial purchase and every automatic renewal — except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at the discretion of the relevant payment provider or app store, as described below.
We offer a free tier so you can try AstroMasters before you buy. We encourage you to use it to decide whether Pro is right for you before subscribing.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal is a new, non-refundable charge.
You can cancel at any time. For web subscriptions, use the “Manage subscription” link in your account settings, which opens the secure portal operated by Paddle; for mobile, manage the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by that store under its own policy and must be requested directly from it. We are not able to issue those refunds ourselves.
Independently of this policy, Paddle may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund (for example, within 14 days of a charge). Any such refund is decided by Paddle and is not guaranteed by us.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law. For example, consumers in the EU and UK may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Note that by starting to use the digital content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that supply begins before that period ends, which can end that withdrawal right.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law, or wish to ask a provider to exercise its discretion:
Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method by the relevant provider. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Web charges from AstroMasters typically appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET* ASTROMASTER” or similar. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
